Exchanges & Returns Process & Fees

Returns process:

1. Visit the following link to submit a return request to be reviewed: https://apps.returnx.io/returns/proudangeles
2. After following the instructions on the application, you will receive a payment link in your email for any returns fees (see fees in the table below).
3. Once payment is made or if no payment is needed, we will share your shipping label & schedule a pick up.
4. Please, make sure order is returned in good condition with all the tags and packaging bags included.
5. Shipping label must be printed for the courier to receive the shipment.
6. Shipment must be sealed with the shipping label attached to it.
7. Once we receive the shipment, our team will do a quality inspection to confirm the condition.* 
8. Once our team gives us the green light, we will contact you via email for bank information.
1. If you paid with Tabby we refund you through their platform, and they will handle the rest
9. Refunds to be issued within 48 hours.

Exchanges process:
